These terms cover your use of this website, which is run by Sean Marroquin. By using the site you agree to them.

Client work

Projects are governed by the written agreement between us. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement applies.

Client portal

Portal accounts are by invitation. Keep access to your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent there, and tell me promptly if someone should no longer have access.

Payments

Invoices are issued and paid through Stripe. Amounts and due dates are shown on each invoice.

Content and downloads

The writing, design, and code on this site belong to Sean Marroquin unless stated otherwise. Downloads are provided as they are, without warranty.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts or data that are not yours, or submit unlawful or abusive content, including leaderboard names.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Sean Marroquin is not liable for losses arising from your use of it.
