This site is run by Sean Marroquin. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and who it is shared with.
What is collected
- Contact form. Your name, email address, business name, budget range, and message, so I can reply.
- Client portal. Your name and email address for sign-in, plus the requests, messages, form answers, and files you add.
- Arcade. The initials and score you submit to a leaderboard.
- Server logs. Your IP address and browser type, kept briefly to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and local storage
The portal sets one cookie to keep you signed in. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.
Who it is shared with
Information is shared only with the services that run the site:
- Stripe, to issue invoices and take payments. Card details go to Stripe directly.
- Resend, to deliver email.
- Cloudflare, for file storage and network protection.
- DigitalOcean, which hosts the server and database.
Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
How long it is kept
Contact messages and client records are kept for as long as needed to do the work and meet legal and tax requirements, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing hello@seanmarroquin.com.
